Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Amar Micro Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your registration and use of wed.money ("Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the Service.

Account Registration

Access to wed.money requires creating an account. Registration is free.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to register. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend accounts where information is materially false or misleading.

Email Verification

Registration requires email verification. We send a confirmation code to your email address. Enter that code in the verification tab on the login screen to verify your email and activate account access.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately through our contact form if you suspect unauthorized access (or email support_staff@wed.money if you can't access the form).

Trial Period & Access Tiers

wed.money provides a free trial period. No payment information is required to register or to use the trial.

Purchase Available at Any Time

You may purchase a license at any point — during the trial, in read-only state, or from the locked screen. The purchase price is $29. Purchasing from read-only or locked state immediately restores full access.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, no questions asked. Contact us through our contact form with your order number within approximately 14 days (or email support_staff@wed.money if you can't access the form). Refunds are not available after this window.

Service Continuity & Discontinuation

A one-time payment gives you full access for the lifetime of the hosted wed.money service, subject to these Terms. wed.money is a hosted service and its continued availability depends on operational, technical, and business factors.

If we decide to permanently discontinue the hosted Service, where practical we aim to provide advance notice and a reasonable opportunity to export supported account data. The availability, format, timing, and scope of any export may depend on the condition of the Service, operational constraints, security concerns, and legal requirements.

Paid users who purchased within 12 months of the discontinuation date may be offered a pro-rata partial refund, at our discretion. Temporary outages, maintenance windows, or service degradation do not constitute discontinuation and do not trigger discontinuation remedies.

Taxes

The displayed price excludes applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

Celebrations

A "celebration" is an independent planning workspace — a named wedding event with its own budget, vendors, payments, and members. Each celebration is fully isolated from your other celebrations.

Trial accounts may create up to 3 celebrations. Paid accounts may maintain up to 3 celebrations simultaneously. Celebrations count toward your limit regardless of status.

You may use multiple celebrations to sandbox or plan different scenarios without affecting your primary data. Celebrations may be deleted by the owner at any time, freeing that slot.

Members & Collaboration

The owner of a celebration may invite other registered users to collaborate. Each invited user must have their own wed.money account. Invited members access the celebration through their own account — they do not share the owner's credentials.

Owner Responsibility

As celebration owner, you are responsible for the activity of members you invite. Only invite people you trust. You may change a member's role or remove them at any time.

Invite Acceptance

Invitations are sent by email with a verification link. Membership is only active after the invited user confirms their email and accepts the invitation. Pending invitations expire after 7 days.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, servers, or systems;
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code;
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or stress-test the Service;
• Impersonate another person or entity;
• Enter false or fabricated financial information with the intent to mislead other celebration members.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules without prior notice.

Your Data

You own all data you enter into wed.money. Amar Micro Inc. does not claim any ownership over your wedding planning data, vendor information, or financial records.

We store your data on our servers to provide the Service. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from account settings. When you delete your account, we disable access as soon as reasonably possible and use reasonable efforts to delete personal data from live production systems, typically within 30 days, except records we are required or permitted to retain for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or backup purposes. Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups until those backups expire under our backup retention schedule. Timelines are subject to operational and technical constraints.

Locked or expired accounts may also be disabled and processed under the same retention and backup constraints described above.

Intellectual Property

wed.money, including all software, design, code, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of Amar Micro Inc. and is protected by US copyright law. Your purchase grants you a personal right to use the Service — it does not transfer any ownership of intellectual property.

"wed.money" and the Amar Micro Inc. name are trademarks of Amar Micro Inc.. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Amar Micro Inc. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CALCULATIONS OR DATA WILL BE ACCURATE.

wed.money is a planning and tracking tool. It does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, if something goes wrong with the Service, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, vendor disputes, wedding planning costs, emotional distress, or decisions made based on information entered into or generated by the Service.

The Service is a budgeting and planning tool only. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, contract, or event-planning advice, and we do not guarantee that any budget, estimate, reminder, report, or calculation will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation.

Some laws do not allow certain liability limits. Where those laws apply, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. If your account is terminated for a Terms violation, no refund will be issued. Sections 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Disclaimer), 11 (Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) survive termination.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in California, United States.

You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property infringement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email and by updating the effective date above. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may delete your account before they take effect. Timelines for notice and effect may vary based on operational or legal requirements.
